Ah proposing, its a wonderful thing. The act of putting yourself out there to pop the big question sure takes a lot of guts, and in some cases trust in people you don't know. Meet a girl who calls herself Puffy Puppy who wishes to propose to her boyfriend, only this proposal takes place in a post apocalyptic wasteland of all things. Back in early June of 2009 Puffy Puppy asked the Bethesda modding community to help her craft a scenario in which the player (her boyfriend) gets a radio transmission from an unknown person requesting help. Check out the video for the rest of it.

It does not surprise me that modders where willing to help out someone with such an unusual request, go modders go! Oh and if you are wondering he said yes!

A very important tool for mods, most mods which edit objects in game or create new ones will require this.

All time favourite game, completed it every way possible on the 360, and now I have PC and mods, I'm more addicted than I've ever been on any game, its a shame how disappointing New Vegas was, oh well.. Bring on Fallout 4!

New Vegas was very badly done, compared to how well done the atmosphere and storyline were in FO3, NV was a massive disappointment, especially coming from Oblivion, having a customization system without naming was not major, but it was only another disappointment onto the pile...

Dude, what the ****? FO3 wasn't even a Fallout game! If it is then call me mildly retarded because there is no way I can see FO3 as a full Fallout game if all it did is take a few words, names, and some small objects from Fallout 1/2 and made everything else a pile of junk! FO3 doesn't follow Fallout lore in any way, it doesn't absolutely feel like Fallout

Without naming? You mean naming the char? Cause you can do that. BTW did you even finish FNV? Did you get mods?

I have to give credit where credit is due, and Bethesda are to be congratulated on making a worthy follow up to the first two classic Fallout games, with more content in the vanilla version than you could shake a Radscorpion tail at, and especially for making it immensely modifiable, increasing the time I've spent with it from the dozens of hours to the hundreds. That being said, Fallout 3 is arguably much more than the sum of its parts. From the mediocre game engine with its endless bugs, some…
