About Weather for ENB - URWLENB FO3 with
by Marcurios on May 17th, 2013
You can now enable/disable each individual weather in the climate weather cycle, this means that you have total control over the weathers that are chosen by the game in the climate, so you can construct your own climate.
The sandstorm/snow/special moods can also be enabled in the normal climate so it gets chosen randomly by the game's weather engine, alternately you can leave the scriptroutine running also to make sure you see these weathers as often as you set them in the frequency menu.
you can choose any combination of special weathers in the menu, so you can switch off snow and leave duststorms and rain on, or any other combination you like.
don't forget that you can force weathers on the fly with hotkeys, the combinations are Left-Alt + Numpad1, Left-Alt + Numpad2, Left-Alt + Numpad3, Left-Alt + Numpad4, Left-Alt + Numpad5, Left-Alt + Numpad6.
For the next version i plan to make 10 additional Special Moods weathers with extreme color values,
much like in Nevada Skies for Fallout New Vegas.
Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor.
Hope For a Fallout 4 Were U Can Recruit People To a village and it Grows
unlike fallout 3 where you lead the slaves to the Lincoln Monument and nobody ever joins them... ever...
New Vegas was a Shame The City Was To Small When i Heard of The Game I Was Thinking That It would be a big City Bustling with Life And loads of Shops
i know, and in the teaser, the city is about 10 times as big as it actually came out to be, in game.
All time favourite game, completed it every way possible on the 360, and now I have PC and mods, I'm more addicted than I've ever been on any game, its a shame how disappointing New Vegas was, oh well.. Bring on Fallout 4!
how is it dissapointing that bethesda can make a good game? you make no sense...
New Vegas was very badly done, compared to how well done the atmosphere and storyline were in FO3, NV was a massive disappointment, especially coming from Oblivion, having a customization system without naming was not major, but it was only another disappointment onto the pile...
Dude, what the ****? FO3 wasn't even a Fallout game! If it is then call me mildly retarded because there is no way I can see FO3 as a full Fallout game if all it did is take a few words, names, and some small objects from Fallout 1/2 and made everything else a pile of junk! FO3 doesn't follow Fallout lore in any way, it doesn't absolutely feel like Fallout
Without naming? You mean naming the char? Cause you can do that. BTW did you even finish FNV? Did you get mods?
Summary: your a fanboy or a hater/troll
You are all idiots.
