Faces of War is a sequel to the award wining title from last year. Faces of War combines real-time strategy with advanced tactics and the ability to control a single unit in battle. Faces of War immerses players right in the heat of WWII action. The game includes all the highlights of the original and provides even better physics and unit models, complex team AI and new tactical opportunities. New unit commands such as move to cover and charge position help team survival while new personal moves like climbing over fences and aimed-shots keep individual soldiers fighting. Four new campaigns give players an opportunity to command American, English, Soviet and German troops during world-renowned battles that include D-Day and the storming of Berlin. Dogs of War is a very good mod. I recommend giving it a download and a try - there are few quality Faces of War mods with a clear release status and effective results. Amongst the best changes in this mod, I think, are the tank damage physics - you can now blast apart buildings like in S:HOWW2 and take out enemy tanks in 1-3 rounds, rather than 18 as was normally the case! The sounds for weapons are all completely redone - battles are now an epic orchestral score of explosions, gunfire and shellfire, with a unique and visceral impact. I do not know how to access the new maps from this mod, and I think it could do with a slightly more concise readme, but it is definitely worth your time.
This wont work. It is a 7Z.file and I have winrar and Daemon tools, neither will do anything. How do I extract/mount this to begin?
Ok, I have fixed this. By re-installing Winrar and selecting what files it should be able to extract/unzip.
