Façade is an independent testing-ground game released for free on the PC and Mac by Procedural Arts LLC. At the time, it was a groundbreaking step into developing a procedural interactive story with the ability to dynamically interact with the characters by typing what you want to say to the characters word for word. The player's objective is to mediate a marriage issues between your college friends aptly named "Trip" and "Grace". While the game is 6 years old and not optimized to today's PCs and Macs, the game's popularity has grown significantly and is considered 'The Room' of PC Gaming. With a cult following by an expansive amount of "Let's Plays" on the web, players are welcome to try out Trip and Grace's reactions for themselves. The game itself has not aged well, but the fan-base has certainly not gone stale.
