Description
You are a Restorer, an individual with a lost identity who is sent into the minds of mentally ill humans to restructure their broken memories. Tasked with restoring the mind of a client named Jean you must explore the depths of her memories in order to rebuild the fragile structures within.

Ether One is developed by White Paper Games, an independent game developer of 6 that is situated in the heart of Manchester in the UK. Ether One is developed using the Unreal Development Kit and is the first entry in a two part game series.

Ether One has announced that it will be supporting Oculus Rift in development and on release for those lucky enough to obtain one. As full VR headset Oculus allows you to experience Ether One as if you are really in the world - exploring every nook and cranny, searching for clues.

Is it just me, or does this kinda sound like dear esther?
Possibly from the description above it does sound a tad like Dear Esther. I can however assure you the game play and setting of the game is significantly different, as is the narrative. There will be more information on this in the coming months so keep your eyes peeled for more information on how Ether is going to incorporate unique narrative elements as well as a unique story.
