Erie drops you into a visually stunning, yet terrifying scenario where your goals are to investigate, survive, and finally escape. It’s first person horror meets intense dark-ride with hidden, rotting cats. Erie begins in October 1966, when the Fermi 1 Nuclear Power Generator suffers a partial meltdown, and locals begin disappearing from a sleepy Michigan town. Oliver Victor is a Red Cross Investigator sent to find missing locals, but quickly finds himself trapped underground and being hunted by a product of forced-mutation experiments. Oliver’s rescue mission quickly turns into a struggle to survive, escape and uncover what’s been happening under the nuclear plant on the shores of Lake Erie. Developed by the University of Utah's EAE Master Games Studio Program.

How to:

- change resolution to 1920*1080?

- change key bindings?

Yup. on page 3 or 4 theres a guy that tells you how.

Look for "UDK Engine" by pasting this into address bar for location
"C:\UDK\Erie\UDKGame\Config" once opened press Ctrl+F and type "resx" and there you can change it to desired resolution.

as for key bindings i believe the creator will help you with that.

key bindings. not sure.

Looking forward to playing this game with less lag. It looks really cool, enjoying the atmosphere, but the lag in gameplay makes it difficult to get anywhere.

Agreed with Chris. We in the Erie team invite any comparisons with Amnesia -- we love and enjoy that game very much.

Point out some obvious things and be non constructive, this is a sure way to waste time typing.

So what if it is based on something else, what would you ahve amneusia fans do, sit back and replay the game a million times or hope devs like these guys take up the mantle and add a new adventure to the mix?

The team and I take that as a compliment. Amnesia is a fantastic game and I feel that if our game gets compared to Amnesia, we succeeded.

I agree. Amnesia really set the bar for the horror game genre, and I'm always on the lookout for games similar to it. I just started playing Erie and it looks like it has real potential. I'll be sure to rate and comment once I've finished the game.
