i cant play it iv verifyed the files more than 200 times
lags a lil :( anyway on making not lag?
AMD is the problem or Udk?! I have AMD and all the time I change something or install something that might help to slove this problem, I try to run the game and it says UDK has stopped working....
Same happens to me. On FX6100 Win 7 64 bit.

I got an error "Error Message: MSChart failed to install." and or UE3xxx has stopped working during the redistributible installer process.
I then figured i will try the UE3Redist.exe that is located in my Unreal 3 folder, and after installing it with no errors i ran this game and it worked. My advice is google and look for "UE3Redist.exe" and download one if you can or look for it on your PC perhaps another game has this and if you find the location of it, run and install that one instead.
One issue is i don't see any in game menu to change screen resolutions etc.
I found how to alter the resolution manually, just navigate to (using windows 7 x64bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Desura\Common\erie\UDKGame\Config find the file named "UDKEngine.ini" open in notepad and press CTRL+F to open the search dialogue box then enter "ResX=" in the empty dialogue box and press enter / find, now change the RexX= and RexY= from what it defaults at to a resolution your monitor can handle.
ResX= is the height and ResY= is the width so for e.g. ResX=1920 ResY=1080
