Enola is available on Desura and also on Steam.

Enola is a psychological horror/adventure game that delves into the inherent darkness of love, death and revenge. As Enola, you must survive a macabre world conjured up by the tortured memories of her love, Angelica.

Immersed in this emotionally-charged and gripping story, as you decipher challenging death-traps. However, choose your path very carefully - An evil presence lurks in the shadows, watching your every move...

Heavy on atmosphere, Enola is an experience that will crawl under your skin and stay there long after you’ve uncovered the disturbing mystery of this twisted, psychological nightmare.

  • Story-driven - Enola may be a horror game, but from gameplay elements to level design, Enola pushes the boundaries of the genre with a captivating and intriguing love story
  • Horror without paranormal elements - Enola pushes the emotional boundaries of the player, putting them in an isolated, defenseless state of mind.
  • Unconstrained mechanics - The mix of first person mechanics and old-school adventure games allows players to keep track of clues and figure out puzzles without the constraints of traditional point-and-click interfaces.
  • Frighteningly calculated puzzles - Death traps meant to put players' nerves to the test. Some puzzles are the usual "fail and try again" ones, but in other cases, failing can mean death.
  • Superb voice acting and musical score. - Enola now offers a spine chilling soundtrack and immersive voice acting and sound effects. Superb voice acting and musical score.

"Enola told its story of hope in the darkness with a graceful hand, but one that was still willing to mire itself in the more horrible aspects of its tale. Managing to be both subtle and brutal at points, it has been polarizing for some of the people who played it."

Good to know... i just want to say... trolls will be trolls and good people will be good people.. you know the comments that really just not aporting something value for this forum, for my opinion you are most like a creative director rather than a video game designer, what im trying to say is: you have a strong narrative and imagination but was limited in the final product due game desing resources at your disposal(programmers, time, designers, etc) so i suggest for you next project try to make a game keeping in mind the strongest part you have and not just graphics or game mechanics(a point & click adventure will be terrific and makes you shine the strongest part you have(story telling,director,etc)... i think you did a great work here (its your first game!!!) Cheers up!!!

Hello, the game was released on Steam 2 days ago. You can also get it here on Desura, but it's an older version.

The version on Desura will be updated early next week.

Thanks for the interest!
