You should have acted. They're already here. The Elder Scrolls told of their return. Their defeat was merely delay until the time after Oblivion opened, when the sons of Skyrim would spill their own blood. But... there is one they fear. In their tongue he is Dovahkiin; Dragon Born!

While the populated area's are detailed the unpopulated wilderness is rushed and there are allot of reoccurring problems, tree's half off the ground and things like that

There were trees hanging off the ground and rocks and such in Vanilla Oblivion too. Later patches fixed most of it and modders did the rest. Modders will have a lot to do with Skyrim too.

Why are people so quick to point out the issues? Yes there are problems, but its a massive game! you cant expect everything to be absolutely perfect. Patches and modders fix it. Be thankful it isn't an over hyped crappy game like the so many we get these days

True, but when you buy a game, it should be complete. I mean you wouldnt buy a loaf of bread only to find out its missing a few slices would you? All to often games do this and rely on patches to fix them, at least the patches are free.

The detail in Skyrim has not been cut away since Oblivion. Just look at that table. You can take all objects and even examine them in greater detail in your inventory, just watch it so you don't take anything belonging to another person. Then you'll be accused of stealing and have the guards after you.
