UPDATED WITH TRAILER
It's time we all take a moment here to take a deep breathe, because tomorrow we will be facing a small taste of the very long awaited Duke Nukem Forever, which will be released in the afternoon, central time. George Broussard posted information on 3D Realm's forum which can be located here.
"Last Saturday we had our annual company Christmas party. It was a lot of fun as usual but it featured one special surprise. It turns out that several people had been secretly working late nights and into the wee hours of the morning preparing a special video for those at the party. They created a short teaser for Duke Nukem Forever.
After seeing the teaser we thought it was something we should share with all of you and while it's just a teaser, rest assured more is coming.
Tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th, around noon CST, we will release the first teaser trailer from Duke Nukem Forever. To tide you over until then, here is a screen shot taken from the teaser."
In preparation for the release, Broussard also posted a screenshot from the teaser and promises future media over time.
I think it's time to go pump some iron and chew some bubble gum.

As the title states, I'm really am looking forward to it. However, with makers having switched over to the Karma Engine/Doom 3 engine, I don't quite know what to expect, especially with the release of "Prey," whom uses the Karma Engine as well; though with improved physics, the enemies were still as dumb as fuck, which is what worries me.
Anyways, hopefully they've drastically improved both the A.I and the physics :D; in short; it should had better be a good game, and god damn it - if you're going to release it, atleast give us a release date 3d-Realms - Geeze.

Lay it on ice for a few months annd com up with a new engine, witch you can blow off eanything in the world and people.
Shooting holes in the walls, sealing, floors, absolutly everyting, andd then make it so if a building get to dammaged it falls over or collaps.
you can blow off theyr haeds or just a part of it, legs and arms to, stomac, and a little part from it.
It cant be that difecult, but Im no expert
yeah and better looking fraphic.
And no 5hour gameplay that sucks, make it about a weak play WITH cheats.

While we're at it, chuck several thousand vehicles, actual photorealistic graphics with atom modelleing rather than rasterization, make sure it uses global illumination, use technology that isn't avaliable and make sure that it transmits everything to our brains. Directly. Don't forget to make the voice actor say every single word in the English language and create uncscripted one liners of higher quality than any other Duke game. Oh, and make sure it's free.
Perhaps with the knowledge that 3DRealms are self funding Duke Nukem Forever to make a game they want to play, you should expect a tad less.

DNF is never coming out. Ive always thought the DNF stood for DID NOT FINISH, which is what this game is, an unfinished piece of crap. 3d Realms probably isnt even working on it, theyre just building up suspense and hopes of a cool game and release some crappy first-person shooter to let everyone down.
Thats what I think. It looks like Duke is gone forever. :(
I've always thought it would be hillarious if someone from 3DRealms just came out one day and said it was all just a joke to begin with.
