Paint, dream, imagine

Imagination is draining from our dream world but a faithful little balloon, named Drift Bloom, is here to help bring imagination and colour back, through painting the nightmare away. Will you aid the Drift Bloom on his adventure?
This week has been up and down for us with not as much work done as first anticipated but there has been progress nonetheless. Following on from last week, we continued with the development of the menu screen and adding more interactivity to it, whilst adding the settings and Chapter menus.
We progressed a bit with objectives this week with the finalising of how the objectives are going to be formatted into the game as well as the introduction and tutorial has been refined. Initially, we were aiming to have objectives during the game but the screen became too crammed on iPhone, so we chose to move them onto the chapter menu instead. The objectives are now viewable from the pause and chapter menus.
Finally, we've been working this week in organising the music for DriftBloom. We are working with Thortrillion Tomsborg, the music artist we used for our GameDev.net Week long Game Jam, "No Better than Dinosaurs" and he has been coming up with some awesome tracks for DriftBloom.
This weeks screenshot saturday is an image of our current chapter menu. We also decided to add a GIF of the menu animation, which fits rather nicely with the game style.
