Dr Crick in Space is a side scrolling sci-fi adventure, (in the style of, and greatly inspired by, Cavestory) where you play as an astrobiologist named Dr Crick tasked with travelling the galaxy studying new forms of extraterrestrial life. Soon, Dr. Crick finds himself stuck in a dangerous system full of hostile aliens and he must fight his way out. Unfortunately, being a biologist and not a soldier, he's massively under-equipped. As you fight your way through the levels you'll find little lifeforms called quibbles, each with unique attributes, that you can trap, train, and selectively breed into a small army of alien super soldiers! Help Dr Crick find his way home!
Crick might be a little under-equipped to deal with baddies, but his gear is pretty cool none-the-less.
