Theres nothing like a classic and well DOOM certainly is that... a classic game! One of the pioneers of the gaming industry doom has withstood the test of time, and the fact that a select few still make mods for this ripper is testimony to that!So if you havn't heard or played this game obviously you have missed out. Hell your life probably would have been quite different. Ahh well if you are ever presented with a chance to fire up one of its modern mods be sure to give em a spin because doom created those big f**king guns we have come to love!

Phoenix Client is a freeware content delivery system designed in the aid of free and quality content distributed in a free and quality way. We have teamed up with some open-source game developers for a public launch; Cube Engine, Nexiuz, and many more. We are asking for mod's, game editors/SDK's, open-source, freely distributable content. We beilve in 100% legality, no warez or illegal content. The tool will be downloaded via clients/users from a nuber of sources, the client application will update itself from the server to retreive information, the main will be a secure site with a vast library of standalone games, mods, editors, short-films, etc. The user will pick the content he/she wants then the download will comence, and appear in her 'packages'. Content providers (e.g. Nexiuz, Cube Engine) will get acsess to an admin panel, to track usage and download rates, and to inform admins of updates. They will also be given beta logins for the clients, and abbility to...

Will it be secure?, yes. We have taken security of the client and its content at a high degree, even thougth the data in itself is free. We are working on a login-system (future realse) so beta's, and gamming chat can be incorportaed.
