Temporary Fall of Mars webpage-

Teasing, mitigation, and answers!

Due to the sudden rush of interest for Doom: Fall of Mars once again, I figure I have some explaining to do.

Don't get your hopes up for another release anytime soon. There is in existence a slightly updated version of the beta, with many of the bugs (pointed out by the community) fixed. But unless there is enough pressure to upload that post-beta release, I will save the time for working out the plans for the future release.
For those of you who have been keeping up with the news on the forums you will know that the future release is to be a complete revision of the original game engine.

Fall of Mars is seeing signs of life!

If you have any questions, the community and I would be happy to answer them here, or on the forums.
If you have any questions that you would like to send to me directly PM me either here on ModDB or inmain() on the forums.

Thanks to everybody for their support. You are what is keeping this project alive!

Doom: Fall of Mars is a great game. The isometric engine literally gives a new perspective to Doom. The role-playing elements are an excellent feature. The gameplay has also a lot of variety as some of the levels are randomly generated. All in all, this is a fun, brilliant and addictive game.

Wonderful looking game.

However, I have two problems: one is that the game, for one reason or another, is so laggy once I get in-game and out of the main menu that it become unplayable (especially when I get in to the "dungeon") and the second is that the options button just doesn't work at all. What confuses me, especially, is that I'm playing this on a machine that should be able to play this with no problems at all.

If you have any suggestions on how to fix this; I'd be greatful! Again; the game looks excellent and I feel that I'm really missing out!

I've found a solution to this problem for later reference:

Alt+tab and click on the Processes tab at the top. Right-click Doom Fall of Man.exe and change the priority from Normal to Low.
