Evil Incarnate is classic DOOM revisited, with new engine capacity and new graphics with a whole lot more to love, coming face to face with the foes of the past, as well as a host of new enemies on a stage set for unprecedented bloodshed. As all hell unleashes for a third time the UAC comes to a downfall, and a hero must rise for the final time as Hell struggles to spread its dominion, to seal the gates for all eternity and keep the demons where they belong. The plans for invasion are set, and a new evil intends to stop at nothing to see Earth destroyed, and vengeance be brought upon the man that destroyed the great Icon of Sin.
We might have newspapers and other media snippets to go in depth about the background of the game's story... you like story don't you? It's not for everyone of course.

Hey guys, as you might know, classic Doom was never one for telling an intricate story, but for Doom: Evil Incarnate we are changing that, telling the background behind the game, and how things moved along.
The plan is to have a few cutscenes, of course, but it recently occured to me that newspapers and other media snippets might be a good way to tell the story while you're playing, so you don't have to go through the long story if you don't want to. Yes, it would only be for those who like story, while the action-only gamers will be able to ignore it and keep the gameplay as usuall. After all, there will be demons to shoot down. Also, yes, the snippets throughout will not be things that are necessary to understand your objectives or anything, they'll just feed you on background infromation that might help you understand the gameplay story and terms and make you say "Aha!"
NOTE: Previews of snippets shown here won't be finalized versions, nor are they guaranteed to be in final game
I've posted a little example now, in the images section.
