Dominoze is a multiplayer physics simulation where players use their imaginations to create their own contraptions to share on the Internet and to earn coins and rewards.

We've been exploring integration with the Unity3D engine, and came up with a simple prototype for a multi-player editor to create domino sets in...and possibly much more...

In an effort to bring Dominoze to the mobile platform, Gamieon has quietly been learning how to develop iPhone apps using the Unity engine. Along the way, we wanted to see what Unity was capable of in developing in a multi-player environment. We could hardly be more pleased at how easy it was to build a simple test project that did just that: Allow multiple players to build content in a virtual world. You can see it online (Unity plug-in player required) at:

Feel free to put a few blocks together, set up some dominoes, and literally kick the tires of your personal car that lets you drive around your own creation! Please send us your first impressions and any feedback on the controls!

Oh man, this type of web based sandbox definitely looks fun. I think everyone should give it a try.

The more I use it, the more I see the shape placement interface needs changed. The next release will definitely be more intuitive and easier to build with.
