What happens when DLC practices go too far? An indie developer makes a game that mocks the industry and its foibles, that's what! Defeat the bad guy, save the world and get the girl! But first you'll need to find coins to buy DLC to enable animation, sound and even pausing.

Thankfully this is just satire and all the DLC is purchased with in-game coins. But consider it a cautionary tale for the future...

- Platforming action! Coins to collect, a princess to save, a bad guy to defeat. You like that stuff, right?
- 16 different DLC packs, each providing quiet introspection on the state of the gaming industry
- 10 awardments to earn and make you feel reasonably satisfied with yourself

It's a very short and easy game alright but worth every penny just for the laughs and enjoyment I got from it alone. I love how it pokes fun at all the bad habits the games industry has gotten into (including one of the most notorious examples of stupid DLC ideas which I won't spoil). Gameplay itself is simple and controls are solid so no problems there.

A link to a hopefully amusing commentary I did for this game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTwMaHwiS3I&list=UUPUdvmHYCKawJN3OtyvdoMw&index=1&feature=plcp

Overall, this game is actually a great buy for 2 bucks, thats the same price as a taco and I feel I get much more value from this game than from a taco; of course, I'm not hungry right now.... o.O

I like the concept but if I didn't get it in a bundle, and actually paid money for the game itself, I would be a bit ticked at how extremely short the game is.

Great game!
If only the game had real enemies, it should be more longer and rewarding, maybe if the character started without health and the player had to buy the Health Bar / Hearts to continue the game?

Short, but very enjoyable and worth what you're paying for.

Underneath its somewhat funny satire, it's just a very short and very basic platformer, even with all DLC. One might say that's part of the joke, but "it's bad on purpose" doesn't really make it worth playing.
