What happens when DLC practices go too far? An indie developer makes a game that mocks the industry and its foibles, that's what! Defeat the bad guy, save the world and get the girl! But first you'll need to find coins to buy DLC to enable animation, sound and even pausing.

Thankfully this is just satire and all the DLC is purchased with in-game coins. But consider it a cautionary tale for the future...

- Platforming action! Coins to collect, a princess to save, a bad guy to defeat. You like that stuff, right?
- 16 different DLC packs, each providing quiet introspection on the state of the gaming industry
- 10 awardments to earn and make you feel reasonably satisfied with yourself

Congrats on the Greenlight - I always thought this game was very deserving. Will existing owners on Desura or the Indie Royale bundle receive Steam keys, as has happened with other greenlit games?

Every time I try to launch this game I get a notification from Windows telling me "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." That's it. I'm provided with no additional information.
Anyone else had this problem?
I'm running Windows Vista on a crappy old PC (2.2Ghz Dual core processor; 2gb of ram)
Never used Desura before.

The game have no replayability and will take you 30 minutes max to complete, but it's fun! It's very cheap (cheaper than your average burger) and is totally worth just for those few jokes that will make you smile. Unless you started playing computer games recently. It may be not funny to you in that case.

Just bought this game 10 minutes ago took me long to download and install that it took to finish it, If i had bought a burger for 1.49 id still be eating it. Rip off even for a indi game. Stay off steam you wont survive on selling crap like this. Disappointed.

Short, but very enjoyable and worth what you're paying for.

Underneath its somewhat funny satire, it's just a very short and very basic platformer, even with all DLC. One might say that's part of the joke, but "it's bad on purpose" doesn't really make it worth playing.
