Diablo, the Lord of Terror, has fallen to a brave hero beneath the church of Tristram. Now that hero is gone, replaced by a Dark Wanderer who roams the world of Sanctuary leaving death and destruction in his wake.
As a hero of humanity, you must face the minions of Diablo's evil brothers and stop the Dark Wanderer before he fulfills his terrible destiny.

Median XL 1.F9b is out!
And it has been for the past three weeks, but better late than never.
This patch features the following changes over 1.E9:
Good, bad, I'm the one with the crossbow
The necromancer skill tree was overhauled and improved - the hated defensive totems were eliminated to remove the need to teleport around everywhere. This freed up several skill slots, which were used to achieve complete separation of the melee and crossbow trees by introducing a number of new melee and crossbow skills.
Jai maha Kali
The amazon bloodwitch build was further improved with the Balefire skill that answers the most common issue with the build: no controllable way to lower one's life for Bacchanalia to kick in.

D2 Is a great game im hooked :p
But i was trying EasternSun That was pretty cool anyway i saw The Loading Picture (when you join a game) I think thats one of the best pics Of D2 but cant seem to find it could anyone help me out with it???
heck i was gonna make a mod for D2, except i'm no good at graphics so it never really got anywhere :( so if you can do groovy gfx and wanna make a diablo2 mod, pm me and we'll get an idea and get goin with it :D

Actually, there're many mods for this game...
Just check PlanetDiablo and you'll see. Oh well, there are no new mods for Diablo 2, but there're for the Expansion... So maybe the game should be changed...
