Deprivation is a challenging 2D platformer by Kraflab. Dave has been banished from sky kingdom and stripped of his ability to fly, doomed to wander ever downward in search of a new home. On this woeful journey, he enters exceedingly dangerous worlds. Deprivation explores the puzzle-space created when you eliminate typical platforming mechanics. As such, there is no direct way to gain vertical momentum. You must use environmental effects and abilities to overcome obstacles. The game is designed to be beatable by anyone, but offers great difficulty to those who seek it. The game has 75 normal levels with 68 challenge trinkets to collect, followed by 50 bonus levels.

In order to run Deprivation you need to either use PulseAudio or OpenAL for audio. Even if you use OpenAL, you will still need to have the PulseAudio libraries installed (libpulse). You do not have to run PulseAudio or set it up however.

I hope this clears up any potential confusion.
