Defense of the Tanks (still in Pre-alpha) is a Tactical Action Role-Playing Multiplayer Shooter Defense Game, associated with the MOBA genre. The game is inspired by Warzone 2100, and DOTA combined with LOL, with a splice of first person shooter and level-up (RPG) game. It offers fully customizable tank (Wheels, Body, Weapon, Ammo), destructible structures/buildings, collide-able objects, leveling-skills system, item purchase, and ranking system (i.e 5Stars, Lieutenant, Sergeant). It also offers Role-Playing Maps such as Boss hunts or Bounty Hunts, Racing Game, Soccer Game, and the like. Players could upload images of their own weapons, wheels, etc. And it will be integrated to the game itself. Therefore they could really customize their tank to such an extent. Everything (except SDL and OpenGL libraries, and BGM and SFX) was developed by myself from scratch in C++ language, including the images, the animations, visual effects, and the game engine itself.
