We just released a video and screenshots of the first level, intended for training in single player.
The aim of this content is to demonstrate what we want to do for the whole game, regarding art.
Currently, DeepVoid is playable in multiplayer, has a complete training level and a working game core. We are to build more levels, particularly in open space rather than inside stations.
Installer / Updater
We recently decided to go with our own installation system, instead of just using the one provided with UDK. The benefits are multiple :
- obviously, update management ;
- easy customization ;
- more control on the release process ;
- no large exexutable to distribute.
And there is more : this is released under the GPL licence !

Wanted : Concept artist !
We need to work with a concept artist in order to build large, original and visually interesting levels.
The game is set in a sci-fi environment, in space and/or on the ground. We do large levels with complex gameplay.
