Born in the land of the rising sun, Croixleur is a frenetic hack & slash arcade action game from indie developer souvenir circ. Assume the role of Lucrezia Visconti as she battles her way through floors of brutal monsters while you work to keep the combo counter rising. With three play modes (Story, Score Attack and Survival), ten weapons to collect, each with its own special move, and 20 in-game achievements, this is the quintessential indie action game in 2013.

Beast Boxing Turbo

Available for PC and Mac, DRM-free via Desura
Featured in True PC Gaming's ‘Best of 2012’ and described by Rock, Paper, Shotgun as “pleasantly unhinged", Beast Boxing Turbo casts players as a human boxer trying to hide her true species as she fights her way through the animal boxing leagues of Beasthalla. To succeed you’ll need to develop a boxing rhythm, switching between attack and defence, before training your fighter up in key skills and equipping one of 35 different pieces of equipment to even the odds. Beat the Ultra League’s grand champion to unlock NewGame Plus mode for even tougher round of pixel pugilism.
BONUS: Bundle includes four tracks from the game’s original soundtrack and some exclusive artwork

Dawnstar is best described as a modern day Space Sim/RPG. Fear, desperation, and organized crime dominate the lawless galaxy sector of Dawnstar, over whose control mafia factions struggle. Cast as a hotshot pilot, you're hired bring order to the chaos. But will you fulfil your duties or exploit your position? With free-flight gameplay, near endless loot to find, over 20 story missions, an open-world environment with randomly generated side missions and co-op multiplayer for up to four friends, Dawnstar is one final frontier you’ll want to master.

Create a unique hero in Battlepaths, a 2D Rogue-like RPG that boasts over 25 hours of gameplay as you hunt the Chaos Overlord. Through deep customisation you can choose to play as anything from a heavy, damage-dealing tank character to a deadly ninja that utilizes high speed and agility to attack his victims from out of nowhere. A sophisticated drop system generates innumerable items that can be equipped, while the nuanced combat system allows you to summon creatures to fight by your side as you dash through three distinct realms in search of your ultimate foe.

Out There Somewhere

This game is a simple platformer with puzzle and action elements. You play as an astronaut, forced to land in a strange alien planet. Low on fuel, now you need to find some way to get an alien power core and avenge your planet, defeating your arch enemy, Grigori. The main game mechanic is the clever use of a teleportation device, to move around the levels.
BONUS: Bundle includes OST

Diehard Dungeon

With melee and ranged combat, 16 abilities to acquire, seven hulking bosses, multiple endings and a self-upgradeable companion chest which must be fed treasure to keep it happy, Diehard Dungeon is endlessly re-playable and the perfect way to round off the Debut 2 Bundle.

Replied to your forum thread also, the game automatically saves your data. If you want to delete all of it and start from scratch, you can go into the options in the main menu, go to player, then hit the delete save button. It'll completely remove everything.

A new bug was found in 1.04 that if you're loading from scratch with no save game whatsoever you load with no gear and cannot fire. The issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

1.04 should be available pretty soon. Check out the news or forums for the patch notes. It focuses on fixing a few item and level bugs.

Hows the multiplayer working now, can you do things independant of each other yet, or does the second player still get forced to undock when player one does still etc.... and have the multiplayer lag issues been addressed?

Coop is built specifically to where the host controls most elements. However if we get a lot of interest in coop we'll surely expand it.

We'll look into lag issues, but coop is a direct connection between players, so I'm not sure how much we can do on that end.

Does the ship change properly if you save and then reload the game? Or does the ship revert to your last ship? Or does it... save with 2 ships.

Finally the button to reset saves works for me, started a new game, no more problems with "two ships" lol.
But there is definitely a problem with shields, just bought a 1.5 / 1.6 shield, quit to main menu and continue game, shield was 1.2 / 1.3 and when flying and showing inventory screen, stats of the ship are not updated with or without shield... (Oh and keybinds saves are not yet fixed)

WraithEnt Jan 28 2013 replied:

I think some items are rerolling themselves when you load/save a game. More specifically, rerolling the item level. Have you had this issue with other types of gear or just shields?

Dark_Trinity Jan 28 2013 replied:

with only shields. The most curious is when i buy "fresh" shield and go fly without quit, the ship stats update when i put/remove them, if i exit and restart stats no more update. I think you can test it, everyone got this bug i presume (or your game hate me :troll: :D)
oh **** I just saw there is a forum, sorry for spamming the main page ^^

Actually what is happening is, it doesn't save anything at all unless the player launches and docks again, quitting doesn't do anything for saving as far as i noticed. :)

Changing a level saves everything, but does look like there's a but that when you leave back to the main menu it doesn't save fast enough before changing.

Played it at a friend's place, he just bought it off Gamersgate. Frankly, I'm not impressed. Sound glitches, no save button, no way to check controls ingame, laggy performace even on a 660ti with a Hexacore processor. Unacceptable. There are also NO TRANSITION SCREENS, this is absurd. When you fly into a jumpgate in a game like X you're treated to a nice little fade out then the game loads, then you pop out on the other end. Here, no, the game LOCKS UP, flickers to a loading screen then dumps you…
