The goal of this experience is to immerse the player into a fear enviroment challeging the boundaries of gameplay, and hoping to achieve a "true as it can be" virtual presence into a living nightmare world' The storytelling is a mix between the 50 horror films and the zombie genre' Regarding the visual look, a cross mix-between Ecstatica and Grim fandango' Gameplay is to be extreme realistic, no hud, world and body perception is made by sound and visuals only' Ive started to talk to Crain to mix effords into this vision' Any help is a good help' And also the Quake2 evolved engine is a future ideia also, or Dark Places engine' Right now the graphic and sound research is almost done' also the name of the mod changed to : THE NIGHT IT CAME FROM THE SKY

People DO improve in abilities over time, just you don't have a status bar that shows it. Seeing as games tend to be major let downs when they have no status bar, I don't think they'll do it without one. But it can still be great or better if they pull it off.
OOO, but is this an RPG?
since they are trying to make it super-realistic, im guessing the common RPG elements wont be included. though since they ARE making it super-realistic they will probably include some kind of military ranking system....unless you dont work for the military...
