After an asteroid hits earth, the impacted island chain is sealed off by North Korea. The US responds by sending in a Delta Force team, aiming to discover the secrets locked inside. An alien force then appears from within the meteorite, forcing humans to ally against them. Crysis is CryTek's follow up to their 2004 hit Far Cry, using a different story line, but crams in every new technology from Volumetric Clouds and Motion Blur to backlit leaves. The game will be using the next-gen, breathtaking engine - CryEngine 2 - which will probably be the first one to support DirectX 10 and 4.0. Shader Model.

these zombies are WIP. this is just displaying the zombie behavior or character ingame. the map and zombies will be in Assault Coop Crysis.
the following will be added in the release:
- -custom zombie voice packs
- -zombie animations
- -zombie models
- -blood textures
- -possible grab, bite, struggle system

very nice, although, there needs to be way more zombie sounds, and probably not so loud.
Otherwise, it was very nice, I liked how there was one zombie to begin with, it got shot, then it was like this whole army emerged from over the horizon, that was one of those "money shots", very well done.
I didn't play far cry coop, but I did see videos and this video of this mod is a leap and bound from far cry coop already. It almost seemed like left 4 dead in terms of fluidity.
Keep this up, its going to be a blast.
Awesome! I love crysis, and its engine is beutiful! That mod looks awesome.. is it wave after wave of zombies? -Like a survival mode? Or is that just an example of there behaviour. Well either ways.. look brill. Co-op too just doubles the fun! :D Goood work guys.
