Cry of Fear is a singleplayer modification of Half-Life 1 which brings you the horror you've always been afraid of. It's a total conversion of Half-Life 1, which means it uses NO Half-Life 1 content or other peoples' files. It's all made exclusively by the developers. It also uses new gaming styles that you will rarely find in Half-Life mods, such as advanced cutscenes and other stuff that will be revealed at a later date.

Words fail to describe the amazing feeling that this short but sweet piece of music delivers to my ears..
It starts like we should lose hope. The wind and silence.. then the music. It is as if Simon is looking at someone that was close to him, and the person died. Like when in SH2 Maria dies and james is left in the Elevator. Or when Heather finds her father dead in SH3. Like hope is fading away.
As if the charakter gets filled with anger. He thinks *what am I fighting for, everyone is dying, there is no end to these things... where else can I run...*
This piece of music sounds like it could be a main theme for CoF. The name CROW suggests that it could be connected to a certain someone, or a event, a special kind of atmosphere that we will experience.
It could aswell stand for a safe moment in the game. But I cant shake of the feeling that it will be shown in a depressing moment...
It is short, sweet, and defenitely a piece of art to me. It delivers so many feelings it's just amazing. And this is just one of certainly many pieces we will hear.
I can honestly say Im excited for the soundtrack, both for the scary and depressing moments.

This is very good but since it is quite long I would suggest that unless you already have an idea for it, you put it during the credits if there are any, or during a longer cut scene that doesn't have any voices
