go to the cs source folder>open rev file>
search "#language=russian"
"language=russian"
change it to english
and it is done

It isn't about steam. :) So no problem. Steam or non steam players can use these Language patch. This patch just changes russian version txt files as english version txt files. There is also no exe file. Just txt files.
I have replaced all files with the one in this patch but still the menu is half english half Russian. After this, I moved a folder called 'cstrike_russian' to the desktop hoping that it would change back to english or something, but still, it's Russian. It's frustrating when selecting weapons and everything.

Hi. guys I have a solution. go to Counter-Strike Source folder.
In there cstrike > resources > search for cstrike_russian.txt and delete it.
It will work.

hey the patch fixed the gun menus thats it the game menu and esc menu are still russian and the labels on the top of the in game tab menu are still russian.... Help me please lol
Jst Try simple steps Go to Run type regedit>[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Steam]>Language change from russian to english ok and make fun,,,,,,,,,,
