Conquest is a real-time, multi-player space warfare game that was originally written in RATFOR for the VAX/VMS platform by Jef Poskanzer and Craig Leres in 1982. It was the early predecessor to Netrek.
Note: this is not available with the current source. This is an experimental tactical display from a modified version of the 8.2 linux client.
This mod has klingon character text and a unit scale (lower left) for the small triangle of 400 conquest units.
The white hexagon is appx. phaser range and the larger orange tint hexagon is appx. max torpedo range.
The grid and outline are extrapolated from klingon imagery found in ST:TMP - the motion picture.
