Conquest of Elysium 3 is an old school fantasy strategy game. You explore your surroundings conquer locations that provides the resources you need. Resources needed vary much depending on what character you are, e.g. the high priestess need places where she can gather human sacrifices, the baron needs places where tax can be collected and where iron can be mined. These resources can then be used for magic rituals and troop recruitments. The main differentiator for this game is the amount of features and special abilities that can be used. The game can be played on Windows, Linux (x86 and raspberry pi) and Mac OSX (intel and powerpc).

Multiple times whilst playing Coe3 I have experienced a total system crash, the screen freezes, and my entire system goes down and reboots. I have not been able to reproduce this in any other game, I believe there is something with coe3 that is killing my system.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Possibly a fix or a hint to help narrow down the possible list of problems?
Are there any particular problems associated with coe3 and 6 core processors?

There may be an issue with ntoskrnl.exe.
Does anybody know of any problems like this with coe3 or have any suggestions? I am still crashing every time I attempt to play this game, it's driving me mad.
Is this the best place to ask? there doesn't seem to be much activity and I can't find another forum for coe3 with as many members.
