We've just released the Windows client for Conclave, our online RPG in the spirit of classic tabletop roleplaying campaigns. Visit our downloads page here on IndieDB to download it.
The download and the initial adventures in the game's campaign are completely free to try out. If you enjoy the game and want to play the full campaign, you can purchase it from Conclave's in-game store.
For more information about Conclave or to try it out in your browser, visit playconclave.com. The game is cross-platform, and you can freely switch between the browser and desktop versions. You can also form co-op parties with other players across platforms.
Windows client information:
We've tested the client on Windows 7 and 8. In theory it should work just fine on Vista as well, though we haven't been able to test there yet. If you're using Vista, please give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
If you encounter any glitches or have suggestions, post a comment in the Conclave forums. We've tested the core of the client extensively, but since this is our first desktop release, no doubt there will be things we've overlooked. Assuming all goes well, we should have Mac and Linux versions ready for beta in the next few weeks as well.
