As on March 2, 2015, Unreal Engine 4 is available to everyone for free, and all future updates will be free. If projects are released commercially, developers must pay a 5% royalty on gross revenue following the first $3,000 per product, per quarter.
After read this and see the source code been opened. I think will be better to change again... After all the CryEngine become payed again for my forsake :(
Sometimes projects need a change to do a better work and for that i want to finish this project in the best engine :)
Sorry for constant changes in engine, and not publishing too much work but a single person can do much...
