Coda is a free stand-alone indie game. Coda focuses on thoughtful, unforgiving, competitive, fast paced and stylish gameplay. It provides several interesting systems which players have to use in harmony in order to defeat their opponents. Coda features a player control system which borrows mechanics from fighting games such as Guilty Gear.

Our new master server (built from scratch by Krussell) has been performing flawlessly for this last week, the first week of public Coda UDK play.
The new version fixes several minor issues, and introduces new sword combat mechanics which should help newer players get into the action faster. Experienced players will have a few new tools to work with as well. This is the most refined gameplay Coda as ever seen! Make sure to check it out!

Fantastic game, hard to learn but still pretty fun. I suggest you put in an alternative way to control the sword though as I don't have a great mouse and it makes accurately controlling what attack you use ridiculously hard.
Yeah we are still tweaking the sword combat so any input on it is welcome. The sword combat is much more precise in this version as opposed to the last UT3 version so it's a bit harder. If people find it too difficult we'll tweak it a bit.
you should add in your website in "about" section and moddb, (if it is free) coda is free stand alone indie game!

Cool, yeah this is still a beta release as the UDK itself is still in beta. Hope to see you online when the final release comes out.
Game crashes me. UDK.exe won't run. Windows 7 64bit here.
Try running the UE3Redist.exe located at \Binaries\Windows\UE3Redist.exe in your Coda installation directory. It should make sure you have all the UE3 prerequisites installed on your system. If you still get a crash upon startup let me know and I'll take a look at your log files. Thanks for the report.
