Lately I've as always been working on the code and messing around with the game models. Adding textures removing vertices. Work on the game has been slower because of upcoming holidays.

Lately I've been, as always, working on the code and messing around with the game models. Adding textures and removing vertices to lighten the models. Work on the game has been slower because of the upcoming holidays. Being sick hasn't helped either.
I've come to realize that I suck at adding textures to models, but I am getting better. Plenty of tutorials online for Blender and textures. I've bought some textures online and I have been adding them to my models.
I have also added dual turrets to the game, changed how the projectiles for the cannons look (green blobs are out grey shotgun slugs are in).
I'm hoping to add a new video of game play in a week or so, show about ten ships in battle of varying sizes and show how the point defence system works against missiles.

I'll probably add some new screenshots too.
