Game marker is it better than unity? Or simpler

Depending on what you want to do. If you want to make a 3D game (especially if it is more advanced) i would recommend you Unity. Game Maker on the other hand is simpler and easier to use for 2D games.

What Windows OS are you using? (Xp,Vista,Windows 7/8/10)?
Also is that the complete error-message?

Using Windows 7 64-bit, and yes, that's the complete error message. I'm on a laptop so I only have one monitor.

Is the "window.dll" file in the games directory?

I recompiled the DLL with different parameters. Download and try this version of the game with the new DLL:
Public.celaria.com

Report back if that fixed the issue.

Just out of curiosity: Do you have any firewall/antivirus installed? (Maybe the firewall/antivirus is blocking the file access to the DLL?) Did you try to run the game in admin-mode?

I did try running it in admin mode, about anti virus and such, I'm using MS Security Essentials and default windows firewall...

I don't know why, but the game does have difficultys to load the DLL files on some PCs.
Try out this version:
Public.celaria.com
I used different functions to access the DLL files. Does this version work?

Do you have any kind of firewall/antivirus software installed on your PC? (Avira, MS Security Essentials, etc...)

It's the exact same issue another person had. I investigated it, but i wasn't able to tell what the problem really is. It seems that something blocks the .exe from accessing the DLLs. :/ (As the game works directly from the .zip file, it can't be an overall compatibility issue) But i don't know what software would cause that (and why...) Maybe some form of firewall/antivirus does that, but i can't say for sure as i never had those problems on any of my machines.

I think it's a problem with the MS Security or Firewall, the browser tried to block the file when I downloaded it

You could try to disable any kind of firewall/security software temporarily to check if that's what causes those problems.
