Greetings,

After much deliberation, we've decided to shift our efforts onto a new, much more spectacular project. One with more playable sides, and more tactical angles. Sure, some of you may think us obtuse, but I can assure you, we're very acute.

Bringing you top of the line HD Graphics, unlike anything seen before in traditional gaming. Powered by the Flat Lander engine, we have some quarks to hammer out. but we trust in our linear minded team to pull it all together.

I know some of you might find this decision puzzling, so we put together a diagram, to really show off the hidden potential of this project.

Shape Wars GDD Excerpt:

(postpone till 2013/2016)

This is an idea that involves the war of shapes, that we will do and Announce for April fools. We discussed how we would potentially tell the entire history of mankind using shapes, of varying sizes and colors. We further discussed how they would attack each other with math, such as the square shoots the #4. And how different abnormal shapes could shoot other things. And how spheres are the perfect shape, and how they can shoot function signs.

We further discussed how we could shoot Nukes, and just have a big E=MC Squared come out.

We also discussed the concept of flat landers, how there will be 2D shapes. And how it would act as a form of stealth, since you can only see what it is from a certain angle.

We also discussed how we could later find out they all live on a pool table.

We also discussed future related titles, such as “English” and how we have 26 letters units and they fight each other by creating words, and messing with grammar.

Guys, i have something to ask.. i actually have Kane edition of CNC3, what do you get in the content actually? i just get a few checker textures on vehicles like Mammoth and Predator as well as few structures, i searched out the net.. saying that it adds all Singleplayer missions and 5 Multi-Player maps, i want to keep the Edition enabled but im having texture problems, any fix? thanks.

You know what ive noticed?

Mods these days have MASSIVE upgrades to gameplay. New tanks, tactics, strategies, build times, powers, weapons... but VERY VERY few mods have any upgrades to the core of the Tiberium universe... TIBERIUM. so i can plant a few trees here and there or spawn a new tiberium field over here, blah blah, its all well and good. but the core of the entire tiberium universe has gone somewhat ignored from what ive seen.

What about the upgrades to tiberium itsellf? from the C&C loree Tiberium, if left unchecked, can spread over entire countries, yet in game they dont go beyond a few small areas. new tiberium types, new mining opportunities, new beasties and baddies? new tiberium based weapons that can ONLY be recovered from these new tiberium types? all the new units, weapons, buildings and visuals are FANBLOODYAMAZEBALLTASTIC, but... why has tiberium itself been ignored? the only updates to tiberium that ive seen are simple texture rebuilds and meshes.

come on mod devs! BRING ON THE FIELDS OF GREEN

Because if they grow everywhere like in the lore, they would not only cost massive lag, also cost great inconvenience to game play. imagine if you had no place to build base or that your barrack is surrounded by Tib field that your infantry die the moment they were built? plus tib based weapon could potentially cost great IMBA to gameplay. imagine if you had a liquid tib bomb and the whole map is full of tibs then you just throw that one bomb then it's GG cuz according to the lore it's op as ****. AND IT WOULD ALSO COST MASSIVE LAG WITH ALL THAT EXPLOSION as well. it's cool to look at but not so much for gameplay and technical aspects.

Is there a mod that adds the wildlife of Tiberian Sun into Tiberium Wars? Like Visceroids, Fiends, Floaters and Veinholes? Perhaps with something new also, though not necessary. Oh, and more meteor strikes, ion storms, gas clouds and erratically growing & exploding tiberium fields (there's a simple tutorial for how to make blue tib explode on the ppmsite).
I'd like my maps and missions to be more dynamical in their environment.

The Tiberium Essence mod have Visceroids, Fiends, the Floaters i hope they are in the next update and Veinholes, ion storms only whit scripts but the mod has no tib erratically growing Moddb.com or wait for Moddb.com
