C&C2: Tiberian Sun is the sequel to C&C: Tiberian Dawn. Set in the early 21st century, Tiberian Sun once again pits the GDI against the Brotherhood of Nod in a struggle for control of the planet. With an epic storyline that unfolds as play progresses, players learn the reasons behind the worldwide outbreak of Tiberium and what happened to the notorious Nod leader Kane, who was presumed dead at the end of the first C&C.

About Tiberian Sun: Asset Expansion with 5 comments by Regulus_V on Jul 27th, 2014

Like a good wedding or frat party, you need something new, something old, something Nod, something...blue? WAIT! No...

Anyway, to start things off, let's showcase the civvies in their skivvies.

We've knocked out four civilian buildings this week. That means we are four closer to being done than when we started. Yay progress!

Next for the GDI side of things, we have an air fleet fit for a blushing bride to be. Married to airborne death presumably. We have also completed a place for these sky predators to nest on (a helipad, that is.)

Speaking of Buildings, GDI component towers are complete. We are running a special today too: buy 3 get 2 free! Amazing! Bargain! Much savings! In addition to the Vulcan, RPG, and SAM towers, we also make available to you a GDI spotlight tower and a Sonic Disruptor tower. Of course, in the original games there are some bugs that prevent AI from using new component towers, so these aren't exactly plug and play, however, we will release some documentation when everything is finalized to you get the most out of these assets.

On the expansion side, we have some GDI Wall bunkers to help secure that far flung outpost or just guard an access point somewhere in a city.

Thirdly, we have some shared faction structures done. First on a huge list of 3 is the Tiberium silo. Please, please, hold your applause.

Wait a minute...that's the OLD Tiberian Dawn Silo...I'm sure I have a new one around here somewhere.

There it is. Something new, something old, get it? GET IT?! YOU GOT IT.

Lastly, for our reverends in red, Nod building assets have been started, and like any good base builder we have started with the Nod Power Plants.

That's it for this week. Stay tuned! If you want daily updates and sneak previews before Sundays, please visit us at Ppmsite.com While you are there, give some love to some of our other amazing mods on the network or even throw your hat into the modding ring.

Our next issue: 28 - JUL - 14 -- 02 AUG - 14 a.k.a: THE WEEK OF NOD!
Find out what dastardly plans Kane and his minions have up their sleeves for our brave TS:AE heroes!
BE THERE There there...

im a full C&C fan every since Westwood Studios 1st released their games before EA Games took over.

and just like to say nice mod.

EA/Westwood should of sticked to this Graphics engine in a way. would of made some nice games with it, too bad they stuck to Tib sun and firestorm only with it.

I would of liked to of seen some nice games out with the Current Engine this game used. because at the time this looked so good as in graphics wise.

Hope you guys will/have made other mods for C&C Games Alike
