While the war waged between the Allies and Soviets Yuri was quietly scheming, planning, testing, and devising. History went on without him - Russian Premier Romanov signed a historic peace treaty with the Allies and the free world remained free. Now it's Yuri's turn to make history, and wreak vengeance on his foes.
This is also as good as RA2, the only thing to be disappointed about is the soundtrack, which while good, lacks ANY of the original soundtrack, which gave RA2 it's definitive atmosphere.
However, the campaign is still fantastic! Gameplay is still fantastic! Faction balance has been improved between the Allies and Soviets, and the Yuri faction is not too overpowered or underpowered. Gamplay has also been improved with new tech structures.
Just take RA2, replace the awesome music with OK music, improve faction balance, and add a new faction, and that is Yuri's Revenge.
Great game a must for any RTS fan.
