C&C;YR: Fp3 has been realeased, sorry It wasn't realeased sooner, this mod has ALOT of new stuff so you can Use every unit, soldier, and vehicle created. This mod is in a XCC MOD LAUNCHER.exe so its easier to use. Every side gets new stuff so its balanced and you get to just play this Just for fun mod! This version doesn't make your frames per second go down to like 5 once in a while, and it's easier to run it. The website on the mod launcher goes to my clans' forums, NOT my website! Newest mod finally realeased, new units, new vehicles, etc. and less bugs and newer features, sorry I didn't realease this sooner. Installation: extract the FP3 XCC Mod launcher to your RA2 folder, and extract the jpeg62.dll file to your RA2 folder as well, then open up the fp3 xcc mod launcher and play the mod.

If you are using C&C The first decade you might have to extract it to your Red alert 2 folder.
After the mod is activated you also might encounter a crash in your game because of the first decade doesn't exactly "like" XCC Launchers.
If you are using the regular individual games, Check the following things:
You have Yuri's Revenge installed. (GO BUY IT!)
You have no other mods active. (Any modifications you have forgot to disable?)
You are using the actual game (Not a stolen/hacked registration game).
You have NO cheat software. (Hacks)

i tried both of them i cant do this please help
i did like that:
1)Extract the Xcc fp3 and the dll to ra2/Ra2Yuri(tried both of them)
2)i open the fp3 xcc and click on the option C&c Full po..
And its said Cant Find The game
And i tried to open the xCC and enter RA2/Yuri
