This is one of the few RTS that really was modded heavily, and not just limited to new maps and or player models.

Description
X-66 Mammoth tank voxel model I made a few months back then. Feel free to use this in your mods, all I ask is a little credit if you're using this model in a public project. Enjoy :) Note: this is a voxel file format (.vxl), vxl files are model files that are used as vehicle models on the C&C:TS/RA2/YR engine. This voxel is made by a opensource program called VXLSE III 1.8, you can get the program at Project Perfect Mod aka PPM. Also don't ask me how to add voxels ingame, you must have sufficient C&C: TS/RA2YR modding knowledge in order to use these voxel models.

Question is...what's it replace, or would I have to use an editor to use it?
You don't replace, you code the unit in the Art.ini and Rules.ini files, then you use the XCC Mixer Utilities to make a Mix file to add them in and store them in your directory.
