Description
He lost his head in a shark attack many years ago, but it doesn't seem to bother him that much. He is quite a handyman and does the repairs and maintenance of a lot of things on the islands.
That's kind of creepy and kind of funny at the same time.
He won't be the only NPC to get you hooked. :3
