BtRL is the true endeavor to make the best space combat simulator a fan could want.
So forget the insubstantial demo, 3rd party missions, campaigns, and fork mods; the vision made real has yet to come.

Current Recruiting Needs

If you want to be a part of a team that help makes Beyond the Red Line the best it can be, we're interested in what you have to offer. And if you have code or scripting knowledge, all the better.

When you apply, please send us samples of your work with a resume, CV, or detailed write up of what you can offer with relevant experiences.

The last thing in the world we need are more flakes, leeches, and people that will leak our works. Those without any sense of propriety (or understanding of confidentiality and the dev process) are why new applicants have to to jump through many hoops. A true game of substance is what we aim for, therefore, standards must be kept high.

If such ideas are foreign to you in the development of a game, well, there are many mods and hobbies out there to join that are not Beyond the Red Line. Recent events have shown us that there's a large percentage of people who would take quantity over quality any day of the week. But if you don't share that opinion, happen to possess very good skills, a long-term desire to help us bring our vision to life, and want reap the rewards of excellence... Please Contact Us

Alot of work going on in the guts of BTRL. We showed you the new Galactica, now gaze on the teeth of this warship. Firing superheated shells, all cylons had better back off.

Now what is this? A New viper of some sort? Wildcard models and maps Turambar's design. It looks fast and sleek.

Need more missions to get your fix? Try out some community based missions and campaigns at this link here. It also includes some new reskins and other 3rd part addons, so check it out.

More updates coming soon in the next few weeks.

You getting the error, if you are, you have to run the Open AL installing in the BTRL folder. I think it's called "Run Me First".

Amazing work!
All I wish would be in demo is some combat-ready capital ships (might be not Battlestar itself, but something big with gunz).... not only fighter combat. Still - it looks great, gives a lot of fun, can't wait for updates!

Best bet is to go here: Game-warden.com It's the BTRL Techincal Support Forum. The Devs can help you out from there.

Great game guys. I just have a couple questions. Can you get the cockpit view in the demo? Also, how large of battles are planned, are they mostly just dogfighting, or will we see something on a truly epic scale? Or are you not talking about that right now? Anyway, well, done, I've been looking for a good sim, and you guys definitely nailed it.
