Hi Everyone :D.

Just wanted to share my latest game with all the fans of bounce :D. Quizz ball was finished around 11pm on sunday night. The game was created in under 25 hours as part of the ludum dare 27 challenge. All the assets, code and audio was made in that time from scratch. It was a great experience and a lot of fun. I plan on expanding the game with more content and online multi-player later as i think the idea is worth continuing.

I don't understand why everyone is complaining about this game. It's a great casual title! The price is low because you are meant to pick the game up every once in a while and just have fun.

I don't see how you're planning on selling copies with this kind of marketting... the quality of the demo is below average, the overal gameplay is repetitive 'n boring and the only reason I can think of playing it is because I've got nothing better to do, thus not worthy of actually BUYING the game to spend my time.

Sorry mate, but I ain't paying for this.

I hope you can release this on Xbox Live, i really do think it'd be a massive hit for the arcade.

Yah :p we would love to create a app for the ipod but we run into many issues. We don't have a mac. We use c4 Engine (C++ Framework), unity is C# mixed with it's own scripting language. So it wouldn't really work at all we would have to rebuild entire game in unity.

If there is a strong demand, we are planning to release on Xbox Live and PSN.

I also don't have a mac, but make the game for PC, then if players like it, get the cheapest mac you can find for the Sole point of compiling and testing... (DropBox can help)

I cannot fathom why you didn't make this as a mod for the udk. The graphics and art flow are very poor. Most or all of the models in the game are unedited primitives found in almost all 3d apps. The game's rendering system is somewhere between n64 and ps1. This game, simply put, is 12 years too late.

programming-wise, It's fine, it has potential to be so much better though. It feels like if the programmer only had a lot more practice, and that's what this game feels like, practice for something better to come.

The art direction of this game (that i concur is simple but effective) as nothing to do with the engine, C4 engine (that can be bought for $100)is as capable of great visuals then the UDK or even better, with the added benefit of not having to pay anything after selling the game to the engine developer. I know many indie teams and is very hard to bring a full game in a timely manner to the market with AAA graphics, that is the example of Zero point software, Wolfire Games, unknown worlds, etc, they all have very good looking games but are years still from completing them.
