The barrels don't seem quite balanced. Like they're off-center or something. I can definitely see it moving around the circle as it spins.

They are off-center; this is in imitation of the source material.

So, in Bloodcrusher, is the does Gilead's Gun count as a Minigun or Machine gun in terms of running and jumping while shooting etc.?
It's a machine-gun! The secondary function, which normally spins up a minigun, is used to chuck bombs.
