Blameless update 0.2.8 file

Lots of things have changed, the major changes being: - Added a power to plant trees in the world - Fire propagation now also works on villagers, they die in forest fires and spread the fire to other objects. Upcoming features: - Farmers and hunters ( food comsumption is not working in this build ) - AI improvements ( less getting stuck at random places ) - Asteroids ( cause havoc by impacting an asteroid in the world ) - Much more...
