We at Puny Human have some exciting news to announce. After many years in development, starting out as a humble mod over at IndieDB's sister site ModDB, graduating into being a real game and going through some pretty impressive feature creep, we're finally releasing Blade Symphony!

Blade Symphony Releasing May 7th, 2014

After 1.5 million duels and multiple tournaments, tactical sword-fighter Blade Symphony is coming out of Early Access and releasing on Steam and the Humble Store.

Check out the release teaser below:

So, uh, congrats on going commercial and all (I don't know that I'll actually buy the game...) but you really should make the current version of the beta public; despite what you may think it would be good PR, no matter how different the real game will be.

Plus it'd, you know, be a thank you to the fans who have followed you all these years.

PS I am already in the closed mod beta, so this isn't a particularly self-interested suggestion or anything.

I would love to, but we were advised by higher powers not to do so.

It is sad that people who already donated the 10 dollars for PHAN club end up getting nothing.

They never said we would get nothing explicitly, they said they would get nothing in regards to kickstarter ****, and that seems fair enough, they didn't contribute to it. Read between the lines morons

I kind of thought this would be an awesome mod to go commercial.
Something that's different on the Source Engine; I bet it would do great!

Also, just a little observation: If 1000 users were to donate $15; you'll get the license. Sounds like a realistic goal.

There is a known issue with launching Sidekick via the desktop or Start Menu shortcuts. Browse to your Blade Symphony install folder and run Sidekick.exe from there.

saw that this post first gained 1 negative karma, this post wasnt meant to be sarecastic, i said awsome that this mod will go commercially because they deserve that. The makers ofthis mod made dystopia, and that mod is just freaking pro. They deserve it for their awsome quality in this mod.
