I would use "Extra 5% range" or "5% more range" but not "extra 5% more range". We already know it's more because you said extra, you don't really need both words in there. "+5% range" is also good.

I think it should have like a TF2 style. Advantages in blue, disadvantages in red, special neutral abilities in gray, mantain it simple and get right to the point.
