Black Talons is a real time tactics game set in the future, where the player leads a company of mercenaries stuck in a war torn star system. The player leads his forces from a battlecruiser where new troops and mechs can be recruited, trained and customized. As the commander of the company, the player must decide which missions to take, and carefully manage his reputation amongst all the existing factions.
The Black Talons are an independent mercenary company stationed aboard the battlecruiser “Paladin”.
Veterans of countless wars, the Black Talons now roam the galaxy aboard their ship, which allows the company to be extremely mobile and rapidly deploy anywhere in the sector.
The Black Talons have been hired to assist the Noctae Republic in repelling an invasion by the Tzanar Union.

It is a gatling gun (Autocannon). It's stationary when the mech is stopped too :D
But answering the question, it doesn't have the rotation animation (yet).
