Hi my name is Carlos Martinez ^.^ I love games and trying them out. I stumbled upon yours and noticed many bugs and errors as you say. First off was the grammar was a bit off. If you try to quit, you can't unless you click No. The game was awfully slow unfortunately. The game was made on a unity engine, I played with it myself and if there's too many trees, the game can get slow. Furthermore, you need to work on the controls a bit as it confuses the slightest people. Thanks for reading ^.^
Well, first of all the only thing I would apologyze for, is my grammar, but compared to many other games, is a lot better, and yes, I know I misspelled the word "proove", its correct form being prove.Second of all, of course you have to click "No" to leave the gameplay.I mean, oh c'mon, you must have been expressing yourself in a wrong way here.Why would you exit the game by just pressing Escape?What if you have 8 photos, and you accidentally press Escape, and leave?EVERY GAME has a question like "Do you really want to leave?"And about the game being slow, do you actually mean that the gameplay was long?Or the game lagged on your PC, sorry then, but most of my friends were able to run the game just fine with no lags on their PC.I have a friend wich actually runs it on MAX settings on a laptop.And the controls in my opinion are OK, RMB is to "aim" with the camera, or stop "aiming", and LMB is to take a picture, X and Z are for zooming in an out, F is for flashlight.What doesn't make sense to you?I should have stated the fact that you have to pick up the camera?Or isn't that self-explanatory?Thanks for the comment, but sorry to tell you, what you're saying is a bit irelevant, everyone knew how to play after reading the file "MUST_READ".Yes, everyone(ALL the beta-testers, and friends).And nobody had any tehnical problems while runing the game, nobody experienced lag, only one friend did, but he eventually set quality to "Fastest", resolution to medium, Anti-Aliasing to 0, and everything was fine!I'm really sorry, but you are right only about the grammar part, the rest is a bit irelevant, the "MUST_READ" file is there to ACTUALLY READ IT, and about the lag, nobody had problems!
Alright don't have to get all worked up okay. I didn't say you're game was all bad did I v.v You also took it the wrong way. When you press escape and the question pops up, you click no and it works, the yes button doesn't function properly. As far as I know, not many people read those files. Controls are fine, I'm just wanting to see the controls in the game itself. I apologize if I made no sense, the game runs smoothly but at parts there are lag spikes and the gameplay is pretty long as well. Sorry again for causing any trouble.
No, you didn't cause any trouble, I'm actually happy you posted a comment, and I'll try to post an update today :).Don't worry I wasn't mad in my comment, but that was my point of view.And for me the button "Yes" works, I don't know, maybe if the resolution is set to 640x480 it doesn't work.But I think nobody will ever play any Slender game in 640x480.So, you had a good point too, I just hope the update will make you happy, but about the lags, I can't do much, the trees are for atmosphere.I'd like to use Oclussion Areas, they'd be great, but I'm using Unity Indie :(, not Pro.
