Black Mesa is a masterpiece. The first half of the game was and has always been good enough, but the re-enactment of the Xen levels - the third much lower than the third of the original game - has turned it into a fantastic, bizarre second half. , terrifying and deeply entertaining for this game. Now that the Black Mesa saga is done, I can't wait for the other teams to finish the expansion remakes, although that'll be a decade off...
