Here's a preview of some of the new textures that will be replacing the old ones. The old ones are on the left and the new ones are on the right. The new ones have been down-scaled a lot to the old texture resolution for a fair comparison, but the PC version will use the full resolution textures for everything.

Even when scaled down these hold up pretty damn well.
